Baseline testing of vertical, broad jump, acceleration, change of direction and agility. Evaluations are repeated throughout the year. All new athletes must undergo an athletic evaluation prior to beginning training.

Personal Training


Strength, fitness and conditioning training for those looking for training away from a commercial and conventional gym. Training focuses on increasing strength and funciton ability through movement and progressive overload. The goal is to import 1% better every session to make you strong and confident in the gym.

Team

Training


Team training options are available for the teams and coaches serious about increasing their power and speed to match their skill. In facility and field options are available.

Altitude Sport Performance makes yout training convenient with session packages, unlimited training or twice weekly personalized trining available for every athlete, regardless of skill level. From the youth athlete trying to make the team to the high school athlete working to compete at the next level, our flexible schedule is easily adapatble for your busy life. We are especially adept at customizing a training program to complement school house and team commitments. Sessions focus on learning the weight room, program design injury prevention along with increase in speed, power and strength for all athletes seeking to get to the next level.
