Chris Forster.
Founder/Owner

Born and raised in Sonora, I competed in varsity soccer and swimming before pursuing a career in sports performance training. With nearly 15 years experience, I’ve worked with athletes of all levels while training and learning alongside elite coaches and performance facilities throughout Southern California. After returning to Sonora, I founded Altitude Performance Training in 2022 with a mission to help athletes build strength, speed, confidence, and resilience through high-level coaching and long-term athletic development.
